This program leverages volunteers’ experience and skills to improve the quality of care services, supporting caregivers of seniors and individuals with disabilities to lead healthier and more independent lives.

• Pre-service training provided!

• Telehealth and patient portal assistance

• Transportation, guidance, and paperwork support

• Home visits and wellness check-ins
