KCS NJ’s Care Management Services feature state-certified professional care managers who conduct in-home visits to carefully assess each client's specific situation. Through coordination with various government programs, we provide support to effectively resolve the challenges faced by our clients and their families. For seniors with mobility issues or those requiring specialized assistance, we provide ongoing, personalized in-home services to address the various difficulties they encounter, significantly improve their quality of life, and strengthen their ties to the local community.

Furthermore, thanks to funding support from Bergen County, the social welfare services provided by KCS NJ are offered free of charge—with no fees for consultations or services.
